Jenny Phelps is the key advocate for and expert facilitator of the Integrated Local Delivery framework. She and her team are out and about every week advising and supporting farming businesses and communities across Gloucestershire.
With 30 years of farm advisory experience behind her, Jenny is frequently invited to speak at conferences and to advise government.
In 2016 Jenny Phelps was awarded an MBE for ‘Engaging Communities in Environmental Protection’.
Ed is a passionate woodsman. By day, he is the project manager for the Gloucestershire Regenerative Environment and Agriculture Transition project (GREAT) project, whose core aims are to build evidence, facilitate knowledge exchange, and nurture enterprise.
By night, he may well be tending his charcoal burner on a hill above Stroud.
Fiona Galbraith has been working with Jenny for several years, taking on enabling projects behind the scenes. Through Ruralink Training, she has developed training resources including the Rural Facilitator, which helps facilitators hone their interpersonal skills at an individual, team and project level, and Local Projects : Global Action for ILD facilitators.
